Originally designed by artist Aldo Londi in 1959, Rimini Blu has been continuously produced, establishing itself as a true icon of mid-century design. The collection reflects the stylistic and production research the designer made to constantly experiment with new materials, techniques, and colours. The name pays homage to the Romagna Riviera, inspired by the ocean blue of the Adriatic coastline.
Materials: Hand-turned mould in white fire-clay, Rimini Blu series. The décor is engraved by hand with different motifs stamp under a bright blue crystalline. All Bitossi ceramics are entirely handmade by our artisans at every stage of the production process.
