Istrenn is a new composite material, developed by Malàkio – a sustainable design company who specialise in recycling shells from human consumption, such as oysters, mussels and scallops, to transform them into eco-friendly objects and surfaces. The minerally-derived material provides a durable alternative to plastics, with a unique surface pattern, giving each table an authentic and unique character.
