Glo Ball Wall Light
Designed by Jasper Morrison for Flos in 1998, the Glo Ball Wall Light is one of the most quietly perfect lighting designs of the last three decades. An externally acid-etched, hand-blown opaline glass sphere, mounted on a galvanised pressed steel wall fitting – nothing more, nothing less. The result is a light that blends into any interior during the day and transforms it at night, casting a soft, enveloping glow in every direction.
Available in two sizes: the Wall (H26 × W16 × D33cm) for larger walls and hallways, and the Mini Wall (IP44) (H8.5 × W6 × D11.2cm) – the smaller version rated IP44, suitable for bathroom installation.
- Hand-blown etched opaline glass diffuser
- Pressed steel wall fitting
- Maximum light diffusion – soft, omnidirectional glow
- Wall: IP20 – Mini Wall: IP44 (suitable for bathroom zones)
- Bulb not included – see light source options below
Dimensions:
Wall: H26 × W16 × D33cm | Weight: 1.8kg
Mini Wall: H8.5 × W6 × D11.2cm | Weight: 0.29kg

Jasper Morrison is one of Britain’s most celebrated industrial designers, known for his philosophy of “super normal” design – objects so well resolved they feel as though they could not exist any other way. The Glo Ball collection, designed for Flos in 1998, is among his most enduring works.
