La Bibliotheque Fil, designed by Pierre Paulin for Ligne Roset in 1972, is a true design classic that looks as fresh today as it did then. Combining a minimalist steel wire frame, lacquered in a black finish, with a series of square shelves in black lacquered multi-ply, this modern storage unit creates maximum display space with minimum footprint. With ample display space for books and objects, each module consists of two adjacent columns of shelves, measuring a total of 70cm in width.
 
Modules can be installed individually or scaled up in a variety of combinations, adapting to custom requirements of the space. This contemporary modular storage system adapts equally well to a modern living space, workspace or home office.
