Sawaru Lamp
The Sawaru Lamp, designed by Nendo for Flos, blurs the boundaries between modern art and lighting in a floor lamp that eludes to contemporary sculpture. Consisting of two independent cylinders balanced at a perpendicular angle, one plays the role of a light source, while the other acts as a base. The projection angle can be adjusted in three stages of 25, 40 or 60 degrees.
This multi-functional light source can be positioned in three different ways, owing to its minimal yet versatile form.
The base and body are crafted from extruded aluminium with a painted or galvanized finish. The lamp is fitted with a diffuser and integrated dimmer function. Corded power supply with interchangeable plugs.
